Your Quest Starts Here

• Each week, we’ll meet for a live coaching session where we’ll discuss the week’s theme, share insights, and engage in group discussions.
• Sessions will be held virtually here on Facebook live and will last approximately 90 minutes. We may move to Zoom as participants become more comfortable.
• In addition to live sessions, you’ll receive weekly materials and assignments to reinforce your learning.

Access to program materials, including worksheets, resources, and supplementary materials, will be provided in the files tab within the group here. If the file cannot be contained there then it will be accessible via our Google Drive folder and the link will be provided. 

We will join together in our supportive community of participants here to connect, share experiences, and receive encouragement and insights. 

Each week, you’ll have homework assignments and reflection exercises to deepen your understanding and practice of self-esteem principles. 

Your progress will be assessed through self-reflection, group participation, and your personal growth throughout the program. I can teach you mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve your overall well-being.
